2007-2008 Dan Morley, Chair
From the June 2006 Bethlehem Star
The Personnel Committee has placed an ad for Youth/Family Ministry in the Synod Newsletter and with over 30 Lutheran colleges and seminaries. The position will assist Pastors and focus on YOUTH; is advertised for 25-30 hours/week.
* The committee is working on the schedule and availability of staff. Personnel will be conducting staff evaluations in the near future; we are looking at different evaluation procedures. Bishop Hansen will be meeting with and evaluating our Pastors in the near future.
From the December 2006 Bethlehem Star
This committee has worked on their budget, discussed the staff work load (being aware of the extra work because of not having a person to fill the Youth & Family Ministry position). The committee continues its search.
